This website, nutribeauty.com.au, is run by Chris Mete, an independent Nutrimetics consultant based in Berwick, Victoria ("I", "me", "my"). I respect your privacy and handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). This policy explains what I collect, why, and the choices you have.

What I collect

I only collect personal information that you choose to give me, such as when you:

send a message through the contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), subject and message;
email, call or message me directly, including through Facebook or LinkedIn;
ask me about products, treatments or joining my Nutrimetics team.

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and it does not create user accounts.

How I use your information

to reply to your enquiry and give you personalised product or skincare advice;
to arrange treatments, consultations or orders you ask for;
to talk with you about becoming a Nutrimetics consultant, if you have asked about it;
to keep a record of our communication.

I will not add you to a mailing list without your consent, and I never sell or rent your personal information.

Spam protection

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block automated spam. Turnstile checks technical information about your browser and device to confirm you are a person. It does not use advertising cookies. Cloudflare may process this information outside Australia. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.

Who I share it with

I only share your information when it's needed to help you, or when the law requires it:

Nutrimetics: when you shop or book a treatment through my links, you do so on the Nutrimetics website, and your details are handled under Nutrimetics' own privacy policy. If you ask me to place an order or register you as a consultant, I will pass on the details needed to do that.
Service providers: my website host and email provider store and deliver messages sent through this site.
Where required by law, for example to respond to a lawful request from authorities.

Links to other websites

This site links to Nutrimetics, Facebook and LinkedIn. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and I am not responsible for how they handle your information.

Keeping your information safe

I take reasonable steps to protect your information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. The website is served over a secure (HTTPS) connection. I keep enquiries only as long as I need them to help you, and securely delete them after that.

Accessing or correcting your information

You can ask to see the personal information I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it at any time. Just get in touch using the details below.
